As Business Transformation Vice President, Linda’s responsibilities include overall direction of digital transformation, innovation, data systems, culture and communications for ExxonMobil Fuels & Lubricants Company.

Currently located in Houston, Texas, Linda has held a wide range of positions during her 30 years with ExxonMobil, including business strategy, technology, marketing, business development, planning, supply and operations.  Prior to her current appointment, Linda was the Strategy & Planning Manager for ExxonMobil Research and Engineering in Houston, Texas.  She has also served as the Specialties Elastomers Global Vice President and the Adhesion Industry Global Vice President for ExxonMobil Chemical, the Global Director of the Marine Fuels business for ExxonMobil Fuels Marketing Company in Leatherhead, U.K. and a Senior Advisor supporting two corporate Senior Vice Presidents in Dallas, Texas. 

Linda received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla in 1988.  She began her career as a research engineer at the Linden Technology Center in New Jersey and held various technical and operations assignments before moving to business headquarters in Houston in 1996.

 
Throughout her career, Linda has actively sponsored technology as a strategic business asset in the petroleum and petrochemical industry.  She has aggressively championed development and execution of innovative portfolios that have achieved outstanding commercial success. In addition, she has engaged and led a number of efforts to promote an environment to develop the next generation of women leaders on campus and within the Corporation.
