Zenaida Otero Gephardt sat down with Audrey Goins-Brichi of Chevron, who was a panelist this morning in "Engineering Diversity: A Workshop for Program Planning," here at the 2015 AIChE Spring Meeting in Austin. The goal of the panel was to help better align AIChE’s diversity programs with industry’s workforce needs and areas in which AIChE can better support underrepresented and underserved constituencies.
