Please join AIChE's National Capital Section for a tour of ATCC's (American Type Culture Collection) headquarters and bioproduction facility in Manassas, VA, starting at 9:30am on Tuesday, May 7. ATCC is a nonprofit biological resource center, offering the world’s largest collection of cell lines, microorganisms, and biomaterials, as well as a range of services supporting the life sciences and biotechnology. The tour is free but will be limited to 20 people, age 16+; our guide will be a chemical engineer. We hope to see you there!
