Dinner: Dinner will be ~7:30 pm after the tour at Amato’s 2.5 miles down 522 (meal will be at individual member’s expense but half-price for students). Address: 892 Route 522.

BrightFarms was founded in 2011 from a desire to grow food in the same communities where it would be consumed. Their first greenhouse in Yardley, PA opened in 2013. They currently have six greenhouse farms and are expanding with plans to build greenhouses across the United States. Their mission is to give more people access to the freshest, tastiest, cleanest, most responsibly grown produce available.
Instructions for Arrival & Tour:
When you arrive onsite - please park in the visitor parking area near the main Greenhouse. They will require you to wear some PPE (including hair and beard nets), wash hands and remove jewelry. They also ask that all shoes are close toed, and they will provide booties to wear over your shoes.
