Mr. Sams is an experienced leader, project manager, trainer, and chemical engineer. He has over thirty years in Project/Program Management in environmental restoration and waste management with an additional nine years of research and development at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He has held multiple positions managing personnel and high profile projects including design and technology development. He also teaches multiple project management courses. he has over one hundred publications and is a certified project manager.
