Mario Sagastume is Vice President of Software and Customer Success for Labelmaster, the leading provider of products, services, and technology for the safe and compliant transport of dangerous goods (DG) and hazardous materials (hazmat). He oversees the company’s ongoing interactions with its customers, including customer service, customer-driven projects, and customer engagement platforms. Prior to joining Labelmaster, Sagastume held key management, strategic, and customer-engaging positions with W.W. Grainger, General Electric, Lanyon, Citicorp, and Dun & Bradstreet, leading business development and relationship management teams. He has a bachelor’s degree from DePaul Univ. in Chicago.
