As a chemical engineer and a project manager, she has led cross-functional teams to resolve production problems at an Estonian manufacturing site and she has led a dynamic team to bring a new product from the lab to commercialization. Not only can Lane fill the traditional role of chemical engineers and troubleshoot an upset distillation column, but she is also experienced in leading dynamic, multidisciplinary teams to manufacture innovative products.
